What we collect and what do we use it for
An email address is required to create an account. You need to provide us with your email address if you want to create a Rational Analytics account. That's just so you can log in and personalize your new account, and we can send you invoices, updates or other necessary information.
Persistent first-party cookies are stored to remember you are logged in. If you log in to your Okensaku account, you authorize us to use cookies so that you don't have to log in every return session. This makes it easier for you to use our products. A cookie is a piece of text stored by your browser. You can adjust cookie retention settings in your own browser. Stored cookies can be deleted at any time.
All data we collect is completely secure, encrypted and stored on a server in Tokyo, Japan. This ensures that all website data is being followed by strict European Union data privacy laws.
The payment process is handled by a third-party payment service provider. If you choose to upgrade to the Okensaku Analytics paid plan, the payment information and the payment process will be handled by Okensaku. See Okensaku's Privacy Policy for full details.
All emails are sent using third party email providers. Transactional emails and email reports (if you choose to subscribe) are sent with a Postmark.
When you write to us with a question or to ask for help . We keep such correspondence, including email addresses, so that we have a history of past correspondence for future reference if you contact us in the future. We only use this data in connection with responding to queries we receive.
We use the CAPTCHA service as a means of spam protection on our account registration form.
